As is customary when a bishop from another diocese seeks to operate within that diocese, I, José Antonio McLoughlin, by Divine Providence Bishop of the Diocese of Western North Carolina, do hereby grant permission for Saint Nicholas, Bishop of Myra, to operate throughout the Episcopal Diocese of Western North Carolina in the coming days.
May his presence bring blessings to us all and inspire in us the spirit of giving, joy, and generosity to those we love and those in need. I am positively jolly to grant his request!
