Bishop's Cup Golf Tournament Tees Up to Support Camp Henry and Lake Logan

Swing into action for a great cause at the annual Bishop's Cup Golf Tournament on April 26, hosted at the picturesque Reems Creek Golf Club in Asheville. Check-in for this captain's choice scramble will open at 8:30 a.m. and a shotgun start will set off the day at 9:30 a.m. This exciting event promises a day

of camaraderie, competition, and charitable giving, with all proceeds directly benefiting Camp Henry and the Lake Logan Conference Center.

The Bishop's Cup Golf Tournament is more than just a day on the green; it's an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and youth. Funds raised from this event will support Camp Henry, providing youth with enriching experiences and lifelong memories. Additionally, contributions will aid in the upkeep and enhancement of our Lake Logan Conference Center, ensuring it remains a sanctuary for retreats, gatherings, and spiritual renewal for years to come.

Participants can expect a day filled with friendly competition and opportunities to win exciting prizes generously donated by local sponsors. Whether you're a seasoned golfer or a novice, all skill levels are welcome to join in the fun and support this worthy cause.

"The tournament is not just about a game of golf, but an opportunity to come together as a community to support Camp Henry. Camp Henry is a sacred place that allows children and youth of our community to experience the beauty of Lake Logan, and to experience a place where lifelong relationships are formed and where they know they are loved and valued," said the Rt. Rev. José McLoughlin, Bishop of the Episcopal Diocese of Western North Carolina.

Prizes for the day include stays at Lake Logan and tickets to the Cold Mountain Music Festival. Sponsorship opportunities are available for businesses and individuals looking to showcase their support for youth development and environmental conservation. To learn more about sponsorship options or to register for the tournament, visit diocesewnc.org/bishopscup or contact the Rev. Will Bryant at will.bryant@allsoulscathedral.org.

Join us on April 26 for a day of golf, giving, and gratitude as we come together to make a difference in the lives of children and the future of our cherished Lake Logan Conference Center.
