“Canon 1 of the Constitution and Canons of the Episcopal Church requires that lay delegates be confirmed adult (16 yrs. or older) communicants in good standing, enrolled at your church. The Certificate of Election verifies the election of lay delegates from each parish. This certificate is to be completed by the clerk of your vestry.” Vestry Certificate of Election is due October 28, 2024.
